America Seeks A Lot of Nurses
America is seeking a lot of nurses for full time and regular employment. Yes, the United States is finding it hard to fill in the numerous nursing job opportunities in the country.
According to Forbes, the aging American population needs more and more health care workers. One of the reasons for this is that many nurses are reaching retirement age already. Meanwhile, advances in medicine are making patients survive and need treatment longer.
Furthermore, Karen Miller, the dean of the nursing school at the University of Kansas Medical Center says that it’s hard to produce nurses in the country because there is also a shortage on teachers.
This is why nurses are so much in demand. And nursing jobs abroad are more in demand than ever in the US.
