A government official in a state of India called Kerala has given his word to provide hassle-free nursing employees to United Arab Emirates and also to look after Indian nurses from deceptive employment rackets.

It has a well-known community sector- owned recruitment resources to cut back mistreatment of scores of nurses by illegitimate organizations.

According to the reports, a number of nurses from Kerala were forced into prostitution by illegitimate hiring agencies.

Kerala State Minister of Health Adoor Prakash talked about the employment requirements with Dubai’s higher-ranking health ministry representatives at the forefront of a memorandum of understanding (MOU) that will be signed in India next week.

UAE hospitals at this time are facing a shortage of skilled nurses and doctors amid an increase in the number of health providers which is a sign of a worldwide inclination, a senior Dubai Health Authority official said.

Filipino nurses has been longing to get a nursing job abroad. Sad to say this but it seems that the country can’t provide their nurses the ample amount of salary that they need for their family. The much higher amount of salary that nurses get out of the country has been the very reason why there has been a great desire to go out.

In fact the amount of salary that Filipino nurses earn here in the Philippines is just 1% of the minimum amount of salary that the newly hired Filipino nurse earns every month in the hospitals in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA). In addition to that, hospitals in KSA provide them housing and food allowances and no taxes are being deducted. Getting a nursing job in KSA has been the easiest and the cheapest way among the other countries who offers the same. Although the salary in KSA is far smaller compared to the salaries that a European country and other countries can offer, the process of getting there is much easier. The requirements are not as complicated and the amount of money to spend is not as expensive. If you’re planning to go to Europe, you need to prepare almost a million pesos and you won’t be working as a nurse there right away, you’ll start as a student if you want to get there as soon as possible.

To get a nursing job in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) you need to take note of the following things:

1. Make sure that you already have a 2 year experience in a tertiary hospital and obtain a Certificate of Employment for this it.
2. Have all your important documents certified, authenticated and verified (CAV) in the Commission of Higher Education (CHED). Contact your school’s registrar for more information about this.
3. The above mentioned documents in number 2 includes Transcript of Records, Diploma and Summary of Related Learning Experience.
4. Have your PRC License, Board Rating and Board Certificate CAV as well. Go to the nearest PRC office for this one.
5. If all the documents in numbers 3 and 4 are all ready, have it red ribboned in the Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA).
6. If you’re living far from the main office of the DFA in Manila, you can have your red ribboned documents delivered to your house with the courier Wide World Express (DHL). Just go the nearest branch in your place. PRC and CHED will provide you claim stubs for this.
7. If your documents are ready, several working agencies for nursing jobs in KSA are waiting for you. Just comply with their own requirements and in 2 months time, you’ll be flying to Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for your work.
9. Make sure you already have your passport.
8. Just make sure that your working agency is registered in the Philippine Overseas Employment Agency (POEA). You can always check it before giving out any amount of money to them.

I hope the above mentioned process was able to help you.
