Please note that the UKCC and the four national boards are no longer in existance. The UKCC was replaced by the Nursing & Midwifery Council in 2002. The NMC was also set up to take over the functions of the four national boards.

For information about working in the UK as a nurse or midwife, please see our website http://www.nmc-uk.org and go to Registration, then Join the Register, then choose Trained in the EU or Trained Overseas, depending on which applies to you.
